Read the short version, skim the full agreement, then fill in a few details and sign with one click.
The short version
The short version is for convenience. The numbered terms below are the agreement.
The full agreement
This Podcast Presenter Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you (the "Presenter") and Midsommer Method, a Midsommer Health company ("Midsommer Method," "we," or "us"). It covers your participation as a guest or presenter on The Midsommer Method Podcast.
One signature covers every episode you record with us, now and in the future, so you won't need to sign again for each appearance. This Agreement stays in effect until either of us ends it in writing; you can do that anytime by emailing support@midsommer.org. Ending it stops future recordings only. Everything recorded before then stays covered by this Agreement. If we materially change these terms, we'll ask you to sign the new version before your next recording.
Each episode, and every recording, clip, transcript, and derivative made from it (together, the "Recordings"), is Midsommer Method's collateral and property. To the extent you hold any rights in a Recording, including copyright, you assign them to Midsommer Method, and you waive any right to approve, control, remove, or be paid for any use of the Recordings.
We may edit, excerpt, caption, transcribe, repurpose, and publish the Recordings in any format and on any platform, including Spotify, YouTube, midsommermethod.com, Thinkific (our course platform), social media, and partner channels, and we may offer them as continuing education, free or paid. We may keep the Recordings and your presenter listing up indefinitely and are not required to take them down. You will not receive any fee, royalty, residual, or share of revenue from any use of the Recordings.
You give Midsommer Method a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use your name, credentials, voice, image, headshot, biography, and the practice and contact details you provide, to identify you in the Recordings and to brand and market your episodes, the podcast, Midsommer Method, and you.
In return, we will (a) credit you by name and credentials on every platform where your episode is published; (b) publish your name, your preferred public contact, and your practice or website link on midsommermethod.com, in each episode's description on Spotify and YouTube, and on each program page in Thinkific; and (c) promote you and your episodes to our community, including our clinician network, newsletter, social channels, and partner practices. We don't guarantee when or whether an episode is published, its audience size, its placement, or any particular result from appearing.
You may receive complimentary podcast CE through Midsommer Method if (a) your CE access application is approved, which means we verify an active license in good standing that is eligible under NBCC rules, and (b) the program meets NBCC home study criteria under ACEP No. 8135. NBCC's rules decide what credit can be issued, and we award credit only where they allow it. Complimentary CE has no cash value and can't be transferred.
You confirm that your license is active and in good standing, and you authorize us to verify it against the issuing board's public record. You'll keep the conversation educational and won't promote products or services during the recording; practice details belong in the episode description, which NBCC requires. You'll never share identifiable client information; any case example must be de-identified or a composite. You confirm you have the right to share anything you bring to a recording, such as slides or handouts.
You keep ownership of your own expertise, methods, and materials, and you're free to share links to your episodes anywhere.
You'll tell us about any financial relationship connected to your topic (for example, a product, publisher, or company that pays you) so we can disclose it to learners, as NBCC requires. Use the disclosure field below, and update us at support@midsommer.org if anything changes.
Deep dives are paid programs and are covered by a separate presenter agreement. Podcast guests get first consideration when we book deep dive presenters.
By entering your full legal name, ticking the agreement box, and submitting the form below, you sign this Agreement electronically, with the same effect as a handwritten signature. We record the date, time, and time zone of your signature along with the agreement version. You can print or save a copy as soon as you sign.
Agreement version 1.0, October 2026. Questions before you sign? Email support@midsommer.org.
